Recruitment Terms & Conditions:
1 • The application process is complete or free.
2 • The selection process will be based on the merit and marks secured in the merit list.
3 • If an applicant does not enroll on the given date then another applicant who is thereafter in the merit list will be called.
4 • It is mandatory to give training for 90 days after selection. If someone does not give training then his/her selection will be considered automatically.
5 • The selected applicant will have to submit an Appointment Bond of 365 days against his salary for 60 days.
6 • 25% salary will be payable during the training.
7 • The appointment will be on probation for 365 days after completion of training.
8 • After completion of probation, the applicant will become a permanent employee and get salary and other allowances as per government decision.etc. will be determined.
9 • If an applicant wants to leave after appointment, he/she will have to give 60 days prior notice. can go after that Is.
10 • On leaving, the appointed bond will be canceled and the tax will be refunded.
11 • In the event of any dispute, the interim decision of the company shall prevail.
